Demand TD Canada Trust stop cheating customers, & refund padded bills
As profiled recently by a CBC report, TD Canada Trust has engaged in unscrupulous , if not downright illegal, activity against it's customers, including covertly switching their account plans so customers will be charged $29 extra per month. Many TD employees, shedding crocodile tears, have admitted to this outrageous policy, saying that they were pressured into making the account plan switches for fear of job loss.
But this actually is only the tip of the iceberg. TD Canada Trust covertly, and ROUTINELY, adds extra fees to it's customers' monthly statements, including check re-orders. Confronted, they refuse to acknowledge these padded fees, rehashing that Judy Collins song line "It's Not Nice'!. They brush off concerned customers who call them with " call us later' tactics. They use the old, probably false, " not refunding after 30 days' policy, a policy from which they exempt themselves. This constitutes a license to CHEAT customers. To avoid elderly pensioners from being robbed, pease sign this request to TD to stop cheating customers with padded fees, and to refund any and all prevuiosly charged fees.
