When society is suffering from wrongdoing, injustice and inequality, there are heroes who respond to the call. And when those heroes form alliances, inspire each other and work collectively to provoke concrete change, they become WEROES. Together, everything is possible!
The conjuncture of economic, social, political and environmental forces, at the local and the international levels, calls the WEROES together at the heart of the global network. This is the purpose of the WEROES : to catalyze the vital force of each and everyone in building a more just society.
The time has come to act. The time has come for us to become WEROES.
WEROES is an engaged community working towards a transformation of society that is sustainable, responsible, fair and just. How? By sharing solutions and implementing concrete actions. Through its web platform and activities, WEROES allows its members to greatly increase the impact of their actions.
Our ambition? To start a movement that will facilitate and structure demands for social justice. Our web platform will allow for the ideas, movements and initiatives of the WEROES around the world to be powered by the whole community. Be the change that we want in this world.
Act now for the dignity of all.
Through our members, our local communities and our regional committees, we are initiating a social movement of global transformation.
Our Vision: to bring together people from all over, those who wish to provoke material change towards a more just society and yet who feel powerless to do so.
Our Mission: to allow future WEROES to come together and work through collective action plans by offering a means to act concretely.
Our Promise: to be the standard tool of action for putting an end to the feeling of collective failure.
Reacting is good, but Acting is even better.
We are the heroes of change.
We are WEROES.
